Mr. Ruff reported that if either CSI or APi were to expand onto <br />the option property, the NBE property would break even. <br />Lotter discussed the impacts of the economic downtown and stated he was pleased that NBE was progressing <br />as well as it was. <br />Gundlach provided the Council with an update on development occurring in and around the City. It was noted <br />Cowboy Jack's would be coming to the City soon. <br />Councilmember Strub wanted to have clarity from the County on the traffic safety surrounding the Northeast <br />Bank and Cowboy Jack property. <br />The Council requested staff reach out to the County Commissioner McGuire regarding the traffic issues <br />surrounding Northeast Bank and Cowboy Jack's. Lotter commented that he would reach out to the County and <br />let them know that the Council was unified on this issue.
