RESOLUTION NO. 15 - 0 8 6 <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of New Brighton <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2016 UTILITY RATES AND CHARGES <br />Whereas, the City operates Water, Sewer, Stormwater and Street Light Utilities; and <br />Whereas, an analysis of the utility rates in conjunction with a review of the Water, Sewer, <br />Stormwater and Street Light operations and capital improvements has been conducted; and <br />Whereas, the rates will be effective with the customers' first quarter billed on or after <br />March 1, 2016. <br />Now, therefore be it resolved: <br />1. The 2016 utility rates shall be: <br />Water <br />Sewer <br />Storm Water: <br />Single family residence <br />Park, cemetery, golf course <br />School <br />Townhouse & mobile home park <br />Church <br />Apartment, condominium, senior <br />housing & nursing home <br />Commercial, industrial, & <br />warehouse <br />Unimproved, vacant land <br />Street Li lits: <br />Single and two family residential property <br />All other properties <br />$2.63 per 1,000 gallons <br />$4.51 per 1,000 gallons <br />$13.73 per quarter <br />$3.78 per acre per quarter <br />$41.15 per acre per quarter <br />$55.96 per acre per quarter <br />$76.67 per acre per quarter <br />$91.36 per acre per quarter <br />$171.23 per acre per quarter <br />$ 0.00 per acre per quarter <br />$9.48 per quarter <br />$28.43 per quarter <br />2. The minimum quarterly charges shall be $21.04 for water and $36.08 for sewer. Usage of <br />8,000 or fewer gallons will be charged the minimum. <br />3. Residential property shall have its summer sewer charges (May — September) determined by <br />its winter quarter water usage. <br />
