In 2002, we did a lot split on this site and subsequently built the existing office building with <br />attached garage. In 2002 our approval included 1600 square foot of garage space. At this time we are <br />proposing to convert the original garage into office space and add a 42 ft. x 24 ft. attached garage, <br />thereby not increasing any garage space. This space will be used for indoor parking. <br />The materials used for the addition will match the existing building. We are not disturbing any of the <br />originally approved landscaping. The originally approved storm water plan drained to the west toward <br />the freeway.
