SSUMI IiNRY' , P U B L I C AT I O N. <br />ARDINANCE;NO. 818. <br />AWAMENDMENT RELATED <br />TO ONE FAMILY DETACHED <br />DWELLINGS IN THE NWO, <br />NORTHWEST QUADRANT <br />ZONINGDISTRICT <br />Ordinance No. 818 was <br />adopted by the City Council of <br />the City of New Brighton on <br />September 24, 2013, amending <br />Chapter 6, Article 6 of the <br />Zoning Code to permit one - <br />(amity detached dwelling units <br />within the NWQ. Northwest <br />Quadrant Zoning District. Per <br />Ordinance No. 818, one-famlly <br />detached dwelling units are <br />only permitted as part of a <br />Planned Development, as <br />regulated In Chapter 7 aI the <br />Zoning Code. Certain criteria <br />for site standards, building <br />type, parking requirements, <br />and building materials have <br />been specified for one -family' <br />detached dwelling units as <br />part of Ordinance No, 818. <br />Additionally, Section 9-730 <br />regarding street types has been <br />repeated and Figure 3 <br />pertaining to Building Types has <br />been amended.
