N3A'Q Northwest Quadrant Distriet NBE, New Brighton Exchange District <br />(*See Figures at End of Article.) <br />6-680. Intent <br />.e purpose of the NWQ Nofte.. est Quad ant Dis!F et NBE New Brighton Exchange District is <br />provide an area for an intensely developed mixed use center that will be a vibrant and active <br />ice where people can live, work, shop, play and be entertained. The mixture of land uses and <br />Sign specifications in this ordinance are designed to implement the principles and guidelines <br />ablished in the 1999 New Brighton Comprehensive Plan and the Northwest Quadrant <br />unework Plan and Design Guidelines, including the placement of buildings, streets, parking <br />os, sidewalks, and open space.
