The Ordinance also renames the zoning district NBE, New Brighton Exchange. The revised district regulations aim to provide more flexibility on building placement standards, subject to in- corporation of design standards as reflected in the Northwest Quadrant Framework Plan. Depending on the specific building placement, a spe- cial use permit may be required. The Ordinance also revises the list of permitted uses and building types to reflect the development that has already occurred in the district and a revised Figure A regarding build- ing types was created.
