A. 'There are delays of more than seven (7) days in obtaining materials, machinery, <br />services or manpower necessatX to the implementation of the Stormwater <br />Mana ement Plan as scheduled. <br />B. There are delays of seven (7) days in land disturbing or filling activities_ or soil <br />storage. <br />C. The work is not being done in conformance with the approved plans and Permit. <br />Any changes to the approved plan must be submitted to the City Cngineer for <br />review and approval before work commence. <br />Sec. 7-86. Site Maintenance. <br />All Site Maintennnce. activities -,hall be performed to the requirements within the <br />Fnuineering Design Standards. No development_ utility or street construction will be <br />allowed and no Building Permits will be issued unless the development is in full <br />com Bance with the requirements of this Article. <br />Sec. 7-87. Final Stablization. <br />The Permittees must ensure Final Stabilization of the site after the completion of <br />construction activities and prior to the termination of the permit. Final_ Stabilization is <br />not emmnle.te. iintil all of the requirements within the Engineering Design Standards are <br />complete that are intended to prevent discharge of pollutants associated with stormwater <br />discharges from the project. <br />See. 7-88. Maintenance Agreement. <br />The Responsible PaLty shall enter into a Maintenance Agreement with the City that <br />documents all responsibilities for operation and maintenance of all Stormwater Treatment <br />Practices. Such responsibility shall be documented in a maintenance plan and executed <br />through a Maintenance Agreement. The Maintenance Agreement shall be executed and <br />recorded against the Rarcel. The stormwater Maintenance Agreement shall be in a form <br />approved by the City shall describe the inspection and maintenance obligations of this <br />section and shall, at a minimum: <br />(1) Designate the Responsible Pajjy, which sliall bepermanently-responsible for <br />maintenance of the structural or nonstructural measures. <br />Q Pass responsibili for such maintenance to successors in title. <br />Q Grant the City and its representatives the right of entry for the purposes of <br />inspecting all Stormwater Treatment Practices. <br />
