Sec. 7-99. Erosion Control. <br />The applicant for a building or other construction related permit shall take all reasonable <br />steps to prevent or minimize damage to private or public property caused by erosion from <br />the construction site. When erosion occurs despite such efforts, the permit holder shall <br />promptly act to clean up and restore the damaged property to its original condition. (Ord. <br />No. 561, 12-8-87; Code of 1988; Code of 2001) <br />Erosion control and prevention measures for construction sites shall meet standards from <br />State Agencies regulating stormwater runoff as well as the conditions set forth in the <br />En ing eering Design Guidelines' Construction Site Stormwater Runoff Control section. <br />
