Permitted Uses. <br />Any permitted use of the underlying zoning shall only be a Fe_ffliae' i, a allowed in the <br />Environmental Constraint Overlay Area upon issuance of special use hermit. <br />Section 6-790. Accessory Uses. <br />Any Only those accessory uses of the underlying zoning that are directly related to the <br />permitted principal use on a property shall be an allowed accessory use on the property in <br />the Environmental Constraint Overlay Area. <br />Section 6-800. Screening methods shall be implemented so as to prevent the use from being <br />visible from properties that are occupied by residences orfrom public roadways to <br />the extent reasonably possibly and in accordance with the applicable provisions of <br />the Zoning Code_ and any approved screening planfrom fesidentially -on <br />�I prepeAy.
