The Commission has negotiated and recommended for approval a cable television fran- chise to the City. The City, as part of the cable television franchise process, will open a public hearing on Novem- ber 10, 2015. The public hearing will commence at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as individuals and/ or organizations, including Centu- ryLink, may be heard, at the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 803 Old Highway 8; New Brigh- ton, MN 55112.
