In the event of a conflict between this schedule and the City Code, the fee schedule shall prevail. If the applicable section of the City Code does not provide for a specific fee, the amount listed on the fee sched- ule shall prevail. In connection with any permit or procedure described herein, an applicant may be re- quired to pay, fees for consultation with experts, professionals, or other qualified persons and other costs related to processing the applica- tion, resulting in the imposition of a fee greater than listed in this fee schedule.
