Proclamation Recognizing Arbor Day and Arbor Month in the City of New Brighton <br />Mayor Jacobsen read a proclamation in full declaring April 24, 2015 to be Arbor Day and May to be Arbor <br />Month in the City of New Brighton. <br />Consent Agenda <br />1. Consideration of Approval of Robert Allen as Chairman for the Public Safety Commission. <br />2. Consideration of a Resolution Ordering the Preparation of a Feasibility Study for <br />City Project 16-1, 2016 Street Rehabilitation. <br />3. Consideration of Stormwater Management Facilities Maintenance Agreement for <br />projects located within the New Brighton Exchange. <br />4. Consideration of Application for Temporary Liquor License — Benedictine Health <br />Center of Innsbruck. <br />5. Consideration of Consolidated Vouchers 148277 through 148448 for a grand total of <br />$737,926.78. <br />6. He discussed the <br />upcoming League of Minnesota Cities Conference noting it would take place in Duluth, <br />Minnesota this year. <br />Gina Bauman <br />Councilmember Bauman noted the Cable Commission would be holding a special meeting on <br />April 15th to discuss CenturyLink and their cable franchise. She reported that she would be <br />attending her first EDC meeting on May 201h <br />Mary Burg <br />Councilmember Burg reported Northeast Youth and Family Services did not have a meeting in <br />Special Order of <br />Business <br />1.
