If <br />you are interested in quoting prices please return by email to: dave_olsonct newbrightonjun.ov or fax to: 651-638-2174 or <br />by mail to: Dave Olson, Superintendent of Public Works, 700 511 St NW, New Brighton MN 55112. <br />Quotations are to be completed and returned by Friday, April 17, 2015 at 1:00 pm. The City reserves the right to award <br />the work to the lowest responsible bidder or the bidder offering the best value. All prices to remain the same for one year <br />from date of acceptance of quote. <br />Televising of sanitary sewers: _ per foot <br />The anticipated amount of televising will be approximately 92,500 feet of pipe - mainly 8" VCP, but including some 10", <br />12", 15", 21 ".and 24" pipes. <br />Televising Requirements: <br />The contractor shall perform a closed circuit digital video (CCTV) inspection of the sanitary sewers designated using a pan <br />and tilt color camera. The contractor shall provide colored digital video of all footage televised, a written report, and a data <br />file containing all video, print reports, and still photos on an external hard drive. All CCTV inspections shall be completed <br />in accordance with NASSCO's Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP). A current PACP certification of all <br />CCTV operators will be required for all CCTV work. The CCTV software used on this project shall be NASSCO-PACP <br />certified and an unmodified PACP NASSCO EXCHANGE format database Microsoft Access compatible with associated <br />video files provided at the end of the project (capable of successfully uploading into the City's GIS system). If the <br />database does not upload properly the project will be considered incomplete and payment withheld. Contractor to use <br />current version of Pipetech viewing software program. All reports shall include the following: <br />Data view: <br />Date of digital video inspection <br />Report Number <br />Pipe ID — furnished by City <br />Start Manhole and End Manhole <br />Identify pipe owner, e.g. City, private, MWCC, etc <br />Distance of video run <br />Data to be furnished in Microsoft Access database, importable into City's Arc View GIS program <br />Each record within the MicroSoft Access databases must include the proper pipe ID number to allow for linking to the <br />City's GIS database <br />All digital videos to be recorded in format MPEG 1 <br />Videos will be 720x480 pixel size and 2080 kbites per second <br />Actual file (video and audio) size shall be less than or equal to 12MB/min <br />Televising requirements continued on next page. - . <br />C:1U,asTw01AppDgaU.00n,rsro MWndoweANdCacbc\M7Z803D2R\QmrctAmaicm+FawomnentLLdoc <br />
