During construction it was determined that <br />the existing storm sewer pipe network was installed with a sewer main running through the middle of one of our manholes. The project as bid, included removal <br />and replacement of the sanitary sewer pipes/mh's in this area. With the new pipe installed the proper clearance/separation from the sanitary and storm sewer <br />pipes cannot be met without the proposed revisions to the storm sewer network.
