Section 6: Termination <br />6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement or a Work Order in the event of a material breach <br />by the other party that is not corrected within ten days after written notice thereof. <br />6.2 City may terminate this Agreement or a Work Order, without cause, upon ten days advance <br />written notice to Barr. <br />6.3 Barr may terminate this Agreement or a Work Order, without cause, upon 30 days advance <br />written notice to City. <br />6.4 Both Parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations during the period prior to <br />termination. <br />6.5 Termination pursuant to this Section 6 shall not release City from its obligation to pay for <br />Services provided and expenses incurred through the date of termination and Barr's <br />reasonable time and expenses involved in the termination and its disengagement. <br />Termination shall not release Barr or City from their respective obligations under this <br />Agreement which are, by nature, continuing. <br />Section 7: Insurance <br />7.1 During the term of this Agreement, Barr agrees to procure from and maintain with a company <br />or companies lawfully authorized to do business in the jurisdiction in which the project is <br />located, the type of insurance and policy limits as set forth in Section 7.2. Any claim as an <br />Additional Insured shall be limited to losses payable to City by Barr under Section 8. <br />7.2 The insurance coverages and policy limits set forth in Section 7.1 are as follows: <br />a. Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability <br />1. Coverage A: Per State Statute <br />2. Coverage B: $500,000 Each Accident <br />$500,000 Disease — Policy Limit <br />$500,000 Disease — Each Employee <br />b. Commercial General Liability <br />1. $2,000,000 <br />General Aggregate <br />2. $2,000,000 <br />Products — Completed Operations Aggregate <br />3. $1,000,000 <br />Each Occurrence <br />4. $1,000,000 <br />Personal Injury <br />c.
