DEPARTMENT HEAD'S APPROVAL: Craig Schlichting, Director of Community Assets & Development CITY MANAGER APPROVAL: No comments to supplement this report Comments attached Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution provided approving the Final Plat of ENCLAVE AT NEW BRIGHTON EXCHANGE TOWNHOMES, subject to five conditions. Legislative History: September 15, 2015: The Planning Commission considered the request and held a public hearing. No testimony was given. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the request consistent with the staff recommended conditions. January 27, 2015: The City Council adopted Resolution 15-011 approving ENCLAVE AT NEW BRIGHTON EXCHANGE 2"'D ADDITION. The proposed final plat is a revision of the 2nd addition plat and the conditions approved with the revised plat are consistent with the conditions noted in Resolution 15-011. Financial Impact: N/A Explanation: Pulte Homes of Minnesota is requesting a re -plat of the Final Plat known as Enclave at New Brighton Exchange 2nd Addition, renaming the plat to Enclave at New Brighton Exchange Townhomes. The purpose of the re -plat is to amend the placement of Lots 7-11 and Lots 16-20, Block 1, shifting the offset of these units by two feet. Although minor in substance, this change requires a re -plat to ensure the constructed townhome units fit within the platted lot.
