3. List any additional expenses the city may incur implementing the 2016 Recycling Performance <br />Work Plan: New Brighton anticipates additional expenses in the form of employee time dedicated <br />to achieving the goals identified in the 2016 work plan. Many of the activities associated with <br />achieving the goals of the work plan will require additional time commitments from New Brighton <br />employees, Primarily the Code Compliance Inspector. These duties will get accomplished without <br />any additional compensation, all while maintaining existing non -recycling duties as describe in their <br />job descriptions. New Brighton intends to accomplish these goals in the work plan, understanding <br />that significant work time is required and no additional; staff is available. <br />RECYCLING BUDGET <br />4. Attach a copy of your 2016 municipal budget for all recycling activities, including all funding <br />sources. If your governing body has not adopted the 2016 budget, attach the most current draft <br />budget. If the budget does not list all expenditures and revenues specific to recycling, add a <br />supplemental table that identifies this information. <br />SEE ATTACHMENTS <br />PUBLIC ENTITIES LAW COMPLIANCE <br />S. Attach a copy of the disclosure from your hauler(s), or a copy of the relevant portion of any <br />contracts with haulers, that specifies the facility at which waste collected from municipal facilities is <br />deposited. A hauler's generic waste disclosure form that lists multiple facilities where waste may be <br />delivered is not acceptable. <br />RESOLUTION <br />6. Attach a resolution from your governing body requesting the SCORE funding allocation, or a <br />certified copy of the official proceedings at which the request was approved.
