ATTACHMENT B <br />2016 Communication Requirements <br />As a condition of receiving SCORE funds, municipalities are responsible for providing <br />information specific to their recycling program to all of their residents, and must use elements <br />of the County's outreach, education, and promotional materials. Specifically, outreach <br />materials must include contact information for: <br />• Ramsey County's recycling and disposal hotline: 651.633.EASY (3279), answered 24/7; <br />and <br />• Ramsey County's on-line resident guide for recycling and disposal: RamseyRecycles.com <br />The following programs shall be included on websites with current links to the Ramsey County <br />pages and may be included on written outreach materials: <br />• County yard waste program <br />• Household hazardous waste program <br />• Source separated organics drop-off program <br />• Event container lending program <br />• Medicine collection <br />• Biz Recycling <br />Municipalities are required to complete the specific tasks laid out in the City's Work Plan <br />related to communications. All SCORE related educational and promotional materials, that <br />have not been previously reviewed, must be submitted to the County for review prior to <br />distribution. In addition, municipalities will submit copies of all SCORE related educational <br />materials (either written or links to electronic materials) used in 2016 to Ramsey County by <br />December 31, 2016.
