Craig Schlichting
From:
McCann, Mike <MJMcCa@in-ctrl.com>
Sent:
Tuesday, September 08, 2015 1:02 PM
To:
Scott Boller
Subject:
In Control - NB Tower Mixer Controls
Scott
After looking at the GSR, Forestdale Tower, and South Tower, it should be fairly straight forward to integrate the mixer
controls into the existing control panels at each site. Basically 4 wires will need to be run from the mixer starter panel to
the PLC control panel at each site. I would estimate 6 hours per site to complete the wiring and programming. This
works out to 18 x $130/hr = $2,340 in labor.
When we did the high service tower, I had to replace the current transmitter in the starter panel with a current
switch. If the mixer supplier could provide a current switch instead, I will not need to replace it. Otherwise, if I need to
replace them, the price will 3 x $150 = $450 for parts.
Thanks
Mike McCann
In Control, Inc.
10350 Jamestown Street NE
Blaine, MN 55449
Office: 763-783-9500
Mobile: 651-955-2353
mimccaCcDin-ctrl.com
