New Brighton 2016 Fee Schedule <br />INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br />LICENSES <br />Description <br />2016 <br />On -Sale Sunday <br />$200 <br />On -Sale Small Establishment <br />$5,200 <br />Plus $125 for each 100 square feet or part thereof of interior public <br />$800 <br />area in excess of 1500 square feet <br />$1,000 <br />On Sale Medium Restaurant <br />$6,500 <br />Plus $125 for each 100 square feet or part thereof of interior public <br />$3,000 <br />area in excess of 2500 square feet <br />On Sale - Large Restaurant <br />$9,000 <br />Plus $125 for each 100 square feet or part thereof of interior public <br />area in excess of 5000 square feet, provided however, that the <br />fee for interior public area in excess of 5000 square fee shall be <br />$41.00 for each 100 square feet or part thereof of such interior public <br />area which meets all of the following requirements as demonstrated <br />by the applicant, based on the prior license year. <br />a) such interior public area is a room which is separated from the usual <br />bar and restaurant area and is used primarily for special scheduled events <br />of organized groups. <br />b) the licensee is a non-profit corporation <br />c) a majority of events conducted in such room do not include or involve the <br />sale of intoxicating liquor or wine. <br />d) on at least 25% of the days on which such room is used without charge by a <br />non-profit, charitable, educational, governmental or community organization other <br />than the licensee. <br />On Sale - Hotels and Motels <br />$7,300 <br />Plus $100 for each 100 square feet or part thereof of interior public area in excess <br />of 5000 square feet.
