This phase included neighborhood outreach meetings, traffic operations <br />analysis, and review of geometric improvements. The Technical Advisory Committee and <br />MnDOT Engineer for our region have recommended ALTERNATIVE B iv (including Spot <br />Improvements #l, #9A, #7, #11, #4 Aux, #2, #3, #12) for inclusion in the design. The location <br />of these spot improvements and the costs are enclosed as attachments. The next phase of the <br />project will continue to build on community engagement with outreach in the following areas <br />(also see enclosed schedule): <br />Videos <br />• MnPASS"A, B, Cs" <br />• Noise Modelling and Voting Process <br />Noise Meetings_(two steps) <br />• Informational meetings with affected neighborhoods <br />• Meetings with eligible voters <br />MnDOT presentations to councils and boards <br />Craig G.
