If the employee <br />receives a ranking of Immediate Improvement or Needs Attention then the employee’s manager must provide <br />examples of areas where the employee needs to show improvement. An employee with a rating of meeting <br />standards or higher, meets the job competency requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />RESPONSE <br /> <br />The Management Analyst/Human Resource Specialist will tabulate the results from departmental performance <br />reviews.
