EXHIBIT A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City Council (the "Council") of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 22, 1997 at 7:30 o'clock p.m., at the New Brighton City Hall, 803 - 5th Avenue NW, New Brighton, Minnesota, 55112, relating to the approval and adoption of a modified Development Program for Development District No. I, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.134, inclusive. The hearing is also relative to the approval and adoption of modified Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing Districts No. 1 through No. 20 and Districts No. 23 through No. 25, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.179, inclusive. The hearing is further relative to the approval and adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan and the creation of proposed Tax Increment Financing District No. 26 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.179, inclusive. Copies of the documentation, including a complete legal description, relating to the above proposed actions .will be on file and available for public inspection in the City Clerk's office.
