NBCC History <br />Opened as the Family Service Center in 1994 <br /> <br />Minor changes have been made to the HVAC system since the building opened, but the <br />original RTUs still service the building <br /> <br />•Library addition modified duct work servicing that section of the building and <br />added in floor heat to the portion of the library that was added to the building <br /> <br />•Locker Room/Restroom project modified duct work and additional equipment <br />was added to help keep the locker rooms at a comfortable temperature and <br />increase ventilation.
