<br />- <br />. <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />II <br />I' <br />d <br />i' <br /> <br />1\ <br />Ii <br /><I <br />I' <br />,I <br />I! <br />:1 <br />ii <br />II <br />,j <br />~ r <br />'i <br />II <br />1\ <br />II <br />'I <br />II <br />11 <br />I' <br /> <br />1\ <br />:1 <br />1; <br />Ii <br />II <br />j! <br />Ii <br />Ii <br />:1 <br />'I <br />" <br />II <br />I. <br />i! <br />il <br />" <br />Ii <br />j! <br />" <br />11 <br />" <br />~ ! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 97-020 <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />(GENERALLY 1521 14TH AVENUE NW). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of <br />New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 9 and the north 40.00 feet of Lot 10, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 79, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Subject to easement of record, if any. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a <br />platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property <br />without platting if certain criteria can be met. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of New Brighton approves the <br />subdivision of the above-described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL A <br />The north 69.50 feet of Lot 9, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 79, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Subject to easement of record, if any. <br /> <br />PARCEL B <br />The north 40.00 feet of Lot 10 and that part of Lot 9 lying south of the north 69.50 feet thereof, <br />AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO.79, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Subject to easement of record, ifany. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of New Brighton approves PL~232, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Payment of $750 park dedication fee upon approval and recording of said subdivision. <br />2. Approval ofVN~309. <br />3.
