<br />..l <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />REsOLUTION NO.9 7 -0 16 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />(GENERALLY THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE BELAIR SCHOOL SITE.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of <br />New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />That part between Hillview Acres and HilIview Acres Plat 3 of the South Vi of the Northeast quarter of <br />Section 30, Township 30, Range 23, except that part described as follows: Commencing at a point in <br />the North line thereof distant 21.36 feet East of the Northwest comer thereof; thence on an assumed <br />bearing of East along the said North line 201.38 feet; thence South 0 degrees, 35 minutes 30 seconds <br />West a distance of 35.35 feet; thence South 85 degrees, 35 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of <br />126.67 feet; thence North 58 degrees, 24 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of 86.06 feet, more or <br />less, to the point of commencement and there terminating. <br /> <br />Subject to Easement for roads and highways. <br /> <br />Lot J, Block 4; <br /> <br />Lots J and 2, Block 5; <br /> <br />Lot J 0, Block 6; <br /> <br />all in Hillview Acres Plat 3. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have <br />adopted a platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be <br />filed: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without <br />platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria has been met. <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED DIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON approves <br />subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />PROPOSED TRACT A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. <br /> <br />!i <br />'I <br />;! <br /> <br />Those parts of the following described property: <br /> <br />That part of the South 1/4 ofthe Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, lying between HILLVIEW ACRES and HILLVIEW ACRES PLAT 3, according <br />to the recorded plats thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except that part described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point in the North line thereof distance 21.38 feet East of the Northwest comer <br />thereof, thence on an assumed bearing of East along the said North line 201.38 feet; thence South 0 <br />degrees, 35 minutes, 30 seconds West a distance of35.35 feet; thence South 85 degrees, 35 minutes, <br />30 seconds West a distance of 126.67 feet; thence North 58 degrees, 24 minutes 25 seconds West a <br />distance of 86.06 feet, more or less, to the point of commencement and there terminating. <br /> <br /> <br />Subject to Easement for roads and highways. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
