Larson, Samuelson, Williams <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 -100 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />VARIOUS GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF 1997 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota (City) as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City has duly ordered and has or will enter into contracts for the construction <br />of various public improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 (Improvement Act). <br /> <br />2. The City has incurred or will incur costs for the development or redevelopment <br />of property in Tax Increment Financing Districts in accordance with Tax Increment Financing <br />Plans duly adopted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 469 (TIF Act). <br /> <br />3. "rhe City has entered or will enter into contracts for the construction of various <br />improvements to the water and storm water plant and system pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 444.075 (Utility Act). <br /> <br />DJK1l4lj40 <br />NE136-137 <br />
