<br />~, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 96-096 <br /> <br />i' <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />- RESOLUTION MAKING FfNDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING THE V ACA TION OF AN ALLEY EASEMENT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br /> <br />1. New Brighton Care Center represents 100 percent of the property owners involved to vacate the <br />described alley easement. <br />2. That the City Council, pursuant to published notices, held a public hearing on the vacation, and all <br />persons present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF NEW BRIGHTON makes the <br />following Findings of Fact in respect to the proposed vacation: <br /> <br />I.
