No analysis of the ordinance is <br />necessary. The ordinance simply states the City of New Brighton, under authority granted in <br />Minnesota Statues, Section 462.3593, subdivision 9, is opting out of the law which defines and <br />regulates Temporary Family Health Care Dwellings. <br /> <br />Like all ordinances, it would become effective upon the date published in the official City <br />newspaper. Under the schedule proposed, if the Council chooses to adopt the ordinance, it <br />would be published in the August 31st edition of the New Brighton Bulletin. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Hold the public hearing.
