The termination language has also been updated, as well as the exhibits. Staff has <br />worked with T-Mobile’s representative to ensure the revised lease satisfies both parties’ <br />interests. The attached lease has been reviewed and accepted by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Costs and Funding: Upon execution of the lease, T-Mobile will pay the City $2,500 in <br />administrative fees associated with City costs of the lease extension.
