<br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />Election of New Chairperson: <br /> <br />Planning Director Gundlach stated Chair Howard has stepped down from serving on the Planning Commission <br />after 12 years of service to the City. She requested the Planning Commission elect a Chairperson for 2016. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner McPherson, seconded by Commissioner Deick, to elect Erin Nichols-Matkaiti <br />Chairperson for 2016. <br /> <br />Approved 4-0. <br /> <br /> <br />Announcement: <br /> <br />Gundlach reported the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner would be held on Sunday, April 24th.
