In an effort to minimize publication costs, <br />staff will ask the Council for approval of a summary publication. Following this schedule, the <br />earliest date of effectiveness will be August 3, 2016. <br /> <br />As has been previously discussed, any item not in compliance with Ordinance No. 844 prior to <br />its effective date will be grandfathered in. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Re-open the public hearing from June 21, 2016.
