<br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br />Regular Meeting – October 18, 2016 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: Chairperson Erin Nichols-Matkaiti, Commissioners Steve Danger, Marvin Deick, Jeanne Frischman, <br />Dania Miwa, Melissa Murphy, and Verne McPherson <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />Also Present: Janice Gundlach- Assistant Director of Community Assets & Development/Planning Director, <br />and Paul Jacobsen-Councilmember <br /> <br />Agenda Review: There were no changes to the agenda. <br /> <br />Minutes from September 20, 2016 Regular Meeting: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Danger, seconded by Commissioner McPherson, to approve the September 20, <br />2016 meeting minutes as presented. <br /> <br />Approved 7-0. <br /> <br />Minutes from September 20, 2016 Worksession Meeting: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Danger, seconded by Commissioner McPherson, to approve the September 20, <br />2016 worksession meeting minutes as presented. <br /> <br />Approved 7-0. <br /> <br />Council Action: Councilmember Jacobsen explained the City was in need of several more election judges. <br />Those interested were encouraged to contact City Hall for further information. He stated Lions Park <br />construction had been approved and would begin yet this fall. He reviewed the amenities that would be offered <br />at Lions Park. He was pleased to report work had begun on Hanson Park and noted E2 was now open for <br />traffic. <br /> <br />Public Hearing: None. <br /> <br />Other Business: None. <br /> <br />Adjournment: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Miwa, seconded by Commissioner Murphy, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />7 Ayes, 0 Nayes, Motion carried. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:08 PM <br /> <br />
