17 <br />On May 10th Director Jacobson attended a presentation to the New Brighton/Mounds <br />View Rotary Club on Auto Theft in Ramsey County. The presentation was conducted by <br />Assistant Ramsey County Attorney Melanie McMahon. <br /> <br />On May 31st Officer Kevin Olson officially retired from the City of New Brighton. <br />Officer Olson served the community for 18 years. During his tenure with the department <br />he made numerous arrests and coordinated Erik’s Tournament For the Heart which raises <br />money for Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis. He will be spending more time with his <br />family during his retirement. <br /> <br /> <br />
