Commissioner Lamp made a motion to approve the June <br />meeting minutes; Commissioner Boyd seconded. Motion carried-Unanimous <br /> <br />Public Hearing/Presentation <br />A. Allina Health Facility Tour <br /> <br />Allina delivered a presentation on the partnerships with the community, dispatching, emerging EMS <br />topics, City of New Brighton statistics and service levels, and conducted a facility tour at the <br />conclusion of the meeting. <br /> <br />Updates <br />A. Citizen Corps Council <br /> <br />CERT Tabletop Exercise being held September 27, 2016 at 6pm <br /> <br />Department Reports <br />A. Human Rights <br /> <br />No Report <br /> <br />B. Allina Health <br />Later in the year Allina will be utilizing specially trained personnel in unmarked vehicles with <br />screens to conduct inter-facility mental health transports. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
