<br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Planning Director Gundlach reported this request is only for the Commission to hold a hearing and make a <br />recommendation on the opt-out ordinance. She reported the City Council will consider this item on August <br />23rd. The new law goes into effect on September 1st. <br /> <br />Commissioner McPherson asked if the sewer in the dwelling units was self-attached.
