Green space would help with the current flooding situation on 381, 289, 391 Oakwood
Drive. A rain garden would further help and be aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Or, a
horseshoe spot so there would be mostly green space. Craig Schilling (Schlichting) is well
aware of the flooding issue. Please take into consideration the currently flooding issue when
making this decision. This has a large impact on us. Thanks. Steph & Jeff McCann, 389
Oakwood Dr.
2. We have lived 3 houses away from this tennis court for 40 years and have observed that it
is rarely used. Last year two men used it, but I have not seen them this year.
2. We would like to see a hockey rink in place of the tennis court. Many kids in the
neighborhood are going to other parks further away to play hockey. Eventually a warming
house could be built that could double as bathrooms for T-Ball. The park is regularly used
where this would be a benefit.
3. Mini dog park (fenced in). This was the person’s first choice.
4. Picnic tables, chess board, gathering space, grills.
4
Total number of surveys returned 54

Other comments on next page.
