<br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 -0 56 <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of New Brighton <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLOSING OF CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND #459 <br /> <br />Whereas, a separate fund was established to account for costs of redevelopment activities that are <br />not part of a tax increment project but are expected to be in the future; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the only activity remaining in this fund is for property not likely to be part of a tax <br />increment district in the future; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the need for a separate fund no longer exists because the activity can be accounted for <br />in the Municipal Development fund; and <br /> <br />Whereas, a transfer needs to be made to move the deficit remaining in the TIF Non-District fund <br />to the Municipal Development fund, <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. All assets, liabilities, and fund balance of the TIF Non-District Fund #459 shall be transferred <br />to the Municipal Development Fund #460. <br /> <br />2. This closing shall be effective January 1, 1996. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of August, 1996. <br /> <br />~~ <br />Robert J.
