<br />... <br /> <br />, I <br />I " <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No.9 6 - 0 51 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />NEW BRIGHTON (generally the Long Lake Regional Park area). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property within the City of New <br />Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />That portion of Lots 28, 29, and 30, Block I, Boardman's Addition to Minneapolis Stockyards, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof, lying northeasterly of the northeasterly line of the 100 foot <br />railroad right of way owned by M T Properties, Inc. (formerly Minnesota Belt Line Railway) <br />located over and across said property; <br /> <br />ALSO <br /> <br />Those portions of Lots 26 and 27, Block 1, Boardman's Addition to Minneapolis Stockyards, according <br />to the recorded plat thereof, lying southwesterly of the southwesterly line of the 100 foot railroad right of <br />way owned by M T Properties, Inc. (formerly Minnesota Belt Line Railway) located over and across said <br />property . <br /> <br />ALL LYING WITHIN PIN NUMBER 17-30-23-34-0002 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a <br />platting ordinance, approval of the municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-1 of the New Brighton City Code provides for the subdivision of property if certain <br />criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria has not been met. <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON approves the <br />subdivision of the above described property which combines the above parcels with parcels described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />PIN NUMBERS <br />17-30-23-34-0001 <br />17-30-23-34-0003 <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ApPROVES <br />PL-229: <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of July, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ ~ /1 / <br />,..... .7'~iA.."" <br />obert Benk~- r . <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(Seal) <br /> <br />l _ <br />
