<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />05-108 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHE <br />emplo <br /> <br /> <br />LUTION ESTABLISIDNG THE 2006 NON-UNION, FULL-TIME, REGULAR PART- <br />OSITIONS AND SEASONAL COMPENSATION PLAN; AND OTHER BENEFITS FOR <br />NON-UNION PERSONNEL <br /> <br />WHE <br />and <br /> <br />S, the compensation rates for non-union personnel must be set annually by Council resolution; <br /> <br />WHE <br /> <br />S, the new compensation plans have been reviewed and are attached to this resolution; and <br /> <br />AS, it is also proposed that the City will continue to make a contribution towards the cost of <br />health insurance; and <br /> <br />NOW, HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />1. he City approves the attached 2006 compensation plans for non union full-time, regular part- <br />ime, and seasonal employees. <br />2. he City's cafeteria plan contribution for single health coverage will be $470 per month and $660 <br />er month for family coverage. Employees electing to opt-out of health insurance coverage, by <br />roviding proof of insurability elsewhere, will be provided $200 per month to be used for other <br />enefits associated with the cafeteria plan. <br />3. e City shall provide either an individual or family membership at the Family Service Center for <br />nterested full-time and regular part-time employees, fire department members, and city council <br />embers, subject to the employee paying all related associated income taxes. <br />4. e City Manager, as designated by the City Council on this day, shall be authorized to make <br />arious expenditures relating to employee recognition programs that are deemed to serve a public <br />urpose for the benefit of the City. <br />5. ull-time exempt employees are eligible for performance pay up to 5% of their annual salary in <br />ecognition of excellent performance. <br /> <br />Adopt by the City Council this 13th day of December, 2005. <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />;.:" <br /> <br />.~ <POt-- <br /> <br />"M hew S.
