The modified Existing Plans for the Existing Districts reflecting increased <br />costs and increased bonded indebtedness within the NW Quad and the Project <br />e hereby approved by the Council of the City. <br /> <br />.03. The Restated Plan for the Modified District reflecting increased project costs <br />reased bonded indebtedness within the Modified District, the NW Quad and the <br />Area and further reflecting increased geographic area within the Modified District <br />y approved and adopted by the Council of the City. <br /> <br />.04. The creation of the Subdistrict within the Modified District, the NW Quad <br />Project Area and the adoption of a Subdistrict Plan relating thereto are hereby <br />d by the Council of the City. <br /> <br />Filing of Plans. <br /> <br />.01.
