<br />I~ <br /> <br />'f <br /> <br />~ ' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 96 - 0 3 9 <br /> <br />i, <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />i! <br /> <br />" RESOLUTION A WARDING BID FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 96-1, STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement in the New Brighton Bulletin and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, bids for Improvement Project 96-1, Street Reconstruction, were received, opened, and read <br />aloud by the City Administration at 10:00 a.m., June 21, 1996, complying with the advertisement; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lowest bidder meeting bid specifications was found to be Progressive <br />Contractors, Inc. with a bid of $618,078.00 . <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of New Brighton: <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Progressive Contractors, Inc. in the name of the City of New Brighton <br />for Improvement Project 96-1, Street Reconstruction; and <br /> <br />2.
