Pursuant to the agreement with all three unions, the 2017 City contribution for Health Insurance <br />will be $764.00 for Single Coverage, $1,035.00 for Single +1 Coverage, and $1,170.00 for <br />Family Coverage. <br /> <br />The 2017 HSA contributions will remain the same as previous years, with a City contribution of <br />$1,150.00 per year for single coverage, $2,300.00 per year for Single+1 coverage, and $2,300.00 <br />per year for family coverage. <br /> <br />The MOU’s also include an increase in contribution for employees that opt-out of health <br />insurance.
