RESOLUTION NO. _____ <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER IN TO A CONTRACT INTEGRATED LOSS CONTROL. <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of New Brighton is dedicated a safe working <br />environment for employees and residents <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council has historically utilized consulting services to assist staff <br />with ensuring OSHA compliance <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton that <br />the City Manager is authorized to enter in to a contract Integrated Loss Control (ILC) in the <br />amount of $668.00 per month for safety related consulting services. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 2017 by the New Brighton City Council with a vote of _____ <br />ayes and _____ nays. <br /> <br /> Valerie Johnson, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Dean R.
