Below, please find <br />details of our counter proposal for your consideration. I believe you’ll find the elements to be consistent with some of <br />our earlier conversations, but please reach out to me with any questions or clarifications. <br /> <br />APi Group Offer: <br />1. APi Group will make payments (taxes) to the city of $35,000 per year for 10 years, in exchange for the option to <br />purchase and develop the land <br />2. APi Group cumulative payments made would be applied toward the purchase of the land as follows (decreasing <br />portion dependent on timing of purchase): <br />a. Purchase in Years 1‐3: 100% <br />b. Purchase in Years 4‐6: 80% <br />c. Purchase in Years 7‐8: 50% <br />d. Purchase in Years 9‐10: 25% <br />3. Land Price <br />a. Purchase in Years 1‐3: $4.00/sq. ft. <br />b. Purchase in Years 4+: City and APi Group to mutually agree on Fair Market Value at time of purchase <br />4. City (at its option) can use the land for a park during interim period prior to APi Group purchase of the land
