3. Consider changing yield signs to stop signs for Tioga at Kiowa and consider painted <br />crosswalks for streets intersecting Kiowa. <br /> Deny changing yield signs and deny adding crosswalk painting in this location. <br />Staff will work with neighbors to trim trees within sight lines. <br /> <br />4.
