RESOLUTION NO. <br /> 17- <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE INSTALLATION OF NO PARKING SIGNAGE ON WINDSOR <br />COURT AT COUNTY ROAD E. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff received a request to review the existing “No Parking” signage and consider <br />extending “No Parking” signage on the west side of Windsor Court to the south (terminating at the <br />entrance to Birch Pond) from County Road E; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the engineering staff and the Public Safety Commission have reviewed the intersection <br />of Windsor Court and County Road E and concluded that the installation of additional “No Parking” <br />signage would provide improved safety at all times; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the elimination of on street parking at this location will not adversely impact the local <br />residents due to the amount of off street parking options available in the area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of New Brighton hereby <br />orders the installation of the following No Parking Signage: <br /> <br />1. Add one (1) “No Parking” sign on the west side of Windsor Court at 30-feet north of the curb to <br />the entrance to Birch Pond. <br />2. Replace one (1) “No Parking from Corner to Here” sign on the west side of Windsor Court at 80- <br />feet south of the curb at County Road E, to “No Parking”. <br />3.
