Permits shall be pulled for all building improvements and all building and fire code standards <br />shall be followed. <br />11. An exterior sound system, such as bells, shall not be permitted. <br />12. When provisional calls for service as outlined in {City Code Section 13-161 (1) A Sub <br />division 1, 2,3, 4} to the property for the periods of January 1-June 30 or July 1-December 31 <br />are greater than the provisional calls for service to Bel Air Elementary School, Sunnyside <br />Elementary School, and Highview Middle School added together, divided by three, then <br />ratio’d down based on # of students, the property owner and/or occupant shall be required to <br />submit to the Public Safety Department a mitigation plan outlining the steps which will be <br />taken to reduce the number of provisional calls for service.
