The original contract amount, which was based on estimated quantities, was <br />$3,765,730.45 and the final construction contract is $4,780,510.81. Please see attached payment breakdown and <br />change order for details. <br /> <br />Explanation: The project consisted of the removal and replacement of the bituminous surfacing, the removal and <br />replacement of designated sections of concrete curb and gutter, utility improvements (including a new lift station), <br />improved pedestrian facilities with LED lighting, a new stormwater pond, and landscape improvements on the <br />following streets/alleys: <br /> <br />2nd Avenue NW - County Road E2 to 8th Street NW <br />3rd Avenue NW - County Road E2 to 8th Street NW <br />4th Avenue NW - County Road E2 to 8th Street NW <br />AGENDA SECTION: Consent <br />REPORT DATE: July 6, 2017 <br />MEETING DATE: July 11, 2017
