The Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS) <br />Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) Division’s Toward Zero Deaths (TZD) Law Enforcement Liaison <br />Bill Hammes will make the presentation along with local Traffic Safety Coordinator Sergeant <br />Terry Nelson from the New Brighton Department of Public Safety.
